My Ultimate Productivity Tip
I was tagged by Crystal Pina of Visions Virtual Assistance to write about my best productivity tip. This tag was started by Ben Yoskovitz of Instigator Blog and the topic is favorite productivity tips.
My favorite productivity tip is my master to-do list. I had originally started this list as a computer file and was adding things to it electronically. I’ve discovered that this didn’t work to well as I would “forget” to open the fie and then wouldn’t do the things on my list.
So I reset the line spacings in order to make them big enough for me to write in them and then printed it out. You can access a copy of my to-do list here, if you would like to use this as well.
I start by adding everything to a master list and breaking things down according to the time frame in which they need to complete. By doing this I know exactly what items I need to complete each day and am easily able to stay on track with what I need to accomplish. This also helps me to know if I have time to take on other projects when someone asks me to do so since I am able to see how many other projects I need to complete.
