					<description>Great article and I totally agree about ignoring the phone, it works wonders.  My clients are told in advance that if I don't answer, I always return their call as I could be in the middle of client work etc.</description>

I especially like this article "comparing a Web site to apple pie". Maybe it's because I'm hungry; more so--though, because the pictures the article conjures up are so visible in my mind's eye!
